We are seeking a dedicated Technical Leader to support the technical department with management, compliance and maintenance of the middle-east team and engaged vessels. Are you ready for the challenge?
**Key tasks and responsibilities**:
Coordination and arrangements of maintenance activities, breakdowns, major repairs, overhauls and dry docks in compliance with Class and Flag requirements in a safe and cost-effective manner.
Physically take part of breakdowns rectification when needed with hands-on involvement.
Monitor the vessels routine maintenance, PMS, establish maintenance strategies and routines.
Ensure spare parts and consumables stocks are kept in accordance with operational requirements.
Monitor, record and report repair, maintenance and technical condition.
Collaborate with suppliers, shipyards, classification societies.
Visit the assigned vessels regularly for repairs, inspection and maintain close contact with crew.
