Job Description
To meet the ever-increasing demands of our customers, we are in need for English-speaking, service-minded colleagues with a positive and flexible attitude to welcome and assist our guests on their journey through the airport, hotels and cruise pier of Bergen and to make their stay and travel in Bergen a pleasant and smooth experience.
**The job consists of but is not limited to**:
- Meeting and assisting guests at the airport, train station and at the cruise pier
- Assisting and guiding guests on every step of their journey (between the airport, pier, hotel)
- Operating hospitality desks at hotels to assist our guests and liaise with the hotel
- Supporting and performing check-in procedures
- Coordinating transfers
