We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist provision in Newcastle for a Nurture Teacher to support secondary-aged learners working below age-related expectations.

The role:

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to small groups of learners

Support students with additional needs and barriers to learning

Create a nurturing, structured environment that promotes progress

Work closely with support staff and pastoral teams

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working with SEND, SEMH or alternative provision desirable

Strong behaviour management and a calm, consistent approach
