QUALIFICATIONS:

• Background in Nursing- Must have Clinical Experience in a hospital or clinic setting
• Strong Knowledge of Philippine Healthcare System
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Comfort with high-volume outreach, including phone calls, messaging, and follow-ups
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence conversations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work night shifts in accordance with U.S. timings
