Nursing Skills and Simulation Lab Coordinator

Carlow University’s College of Health and Wellness and School of Nursing is seeking an MSN-prepared experienced nurse for a 9-month faculty position to work with the undergraduate nursing programs at our Oakland campus. This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the use of the Nursing Simulation/Skills Laboratory to advance undergraduate clinical nursing education to promote the development of clinical judgment skills and the delivery of safe, quality healthcare. Responsibilities include collaboration with nursing faculty, staff, and students to deliver highquality educational experiences. Best practices for teaching and evaluating simulation learning experiences will be evidence-based and in accordance with Society for Simulation in Healthcare guidelines.
