Nursing quality care manager

Hire Resolve’s client is seeking Nursing Quality Care Manager to join their team in Cape Town, Western Cape.

Responsibilities Ensure that all healthcare objectives of the hospital are met. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams by communicating information;
responding to requests, building rapport, and participating in team problem-solving methods. Conduct weekly meetings with the catering service to discuss residents’ diets, requests, and
grievances. Facilitate continued communication between the residents and their families, ensuring that
a high standard of care is maintained. Daily updates of resident status and House bed occupancy. Ensure proper day to day management and organization of the various units. Ensure the bed occupancy of the frail care unit is optimally maintained at 85%. Approve and screen all admissions and be involved to ensure that assessments are done, and
