The **Nursing Professional Development Practitione** r at Mease Countryside Hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) assesses, develops, implements, and leads educational activities designed to grow, maintain, and improve the professional competence of clinical Team Members, creates and oversees assigned clinical programs by completing needs assessments.

**Positions details:**

+ **Location:** Mease Countryside Hospital – Medical/Surgical ICU – Safety Harbor, Florida
+ **Status:** Full Time - Exempt from Overtime
+ **Shift:** 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM - can vary
+ Occasional weekend requirement
+ **On Call:** No
+ Always in person
