Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical quality, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure holistic client assessments and client‑centered care plans.
• Visit clients as needed; manage service delivery and client/HCP matching.
• Investigate and resolve client, family, funder, and employee concerns.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff.
• Lead training, mentorship, and performance management activities.
• Coordinate with funders, care teams, and government programs.
• Support branch operations, including on‑call clinician access as required.
• Ensure privacy, health & safety, and regulatory compliance.
