About the unit
The IMC unit at Trenton is a 24-bed unit. We are classified as a Critical Care-Telemetry unit. The unit has a focus on cardiac patients. Common illnesses that are treated on our unit include NSTEMI, post cardiac catheterization, COPD, Pneumonia, and CHF. We do see a wide variety of other illnesses as well. IMC continues to be a unit with a lot of longevity, and great staff retention rates. We have monthly Unit Council meetings, which are an opportunity for shared gover...
