Description: Lofton Staffing is seeking a Sales Representative for a growing Plant Nursery and Distribution Center!Job Description:- Select, load, and deliver the best quality plants in the industry- Care for plants to maintain quality in the greenhouse and on the trucks- Serve the customer with respect and attention to detail- Create electronic invoices and collect customer payments using mobile device- Maintain organization of the greenhouse supplies (tools, pots, cases, sleeves, etc.)- Record pre-orders and special order according to policy and report for purchasing- Reserve pre-orders and special orders in the greenhouse with flag tape and communicate reservations to greenhouse team- Participate in team meetings and performance evaluations Monday - Friday
Starting at 6:30 AM
