The Nurse/Midwife Educator Emergency plays a key role in strengthening emergency nursing and midwifery capability across the health service by providing education, training, and professional support to clinicians. Drawing on at least three years of post-registration clinical experience, the role contributes to the development of learning experiences, educational resources, and local teaching initiatives that enhance clinical knowledge, confidence, and practice.
