Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team at IU Health Medical Group- Primary Care Fishers.
Position Details:
Full-time, Days
No weekends, holidays, or call, allowing for work/life balance
100% outpatient
Expected patient volume is 60-80week, diverse patient population
Team includes 9 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
Procedures include: Nexplanon and IUD placements, minor skin treatments such as I&D and wart removal
Key Responsibilities:
Assess health status through obtainment of relevant health history and comprehensive physical exam, preventative screening, and identification of medical risk factors.
