UCHealth Medical Group and the UCHealth Palliative Medicine team in Northern CO are ready to welcome a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working part-time (0.75 FTE) and focused on excellent patient care. + Be based at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, with willingness to cover Greeley Hospital and Medical Center of the Rockies, as needed.
+ Palliative Care experience preferred.
+ Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) Certification...
