Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Critical Care

Swedish Medical Group is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Clinician (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to join the Critical Care team to support the APC program at Swedish First Hill and Cherry Hill campuses in Seattle, Washington.
Position Details:
* Full-time position (1.0 FTE)
* 13 shifts per month (156 shifts per year); 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., variable schedule, includes weekends and holidays
* Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and management of critically/acutely ill patients
* Collaborate closely with critical care physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care
* Perform inpatient procedures consistent with training and scope of practice
Compensation & Benefits:
* Compensation is between $145,767 and $190,261 per year
