Job Description

We’re looking for you to become a valued member of the healthcare team at our client’s medical facility!**
**Pay Rate:** $80 / hour

+ Monday - Friday - 8am-4pm
**Job Descriptions:**
• Caring for I/I at facility and making treatment decisions for chronic medical decisions
• Referrals to outside facilities for special care.
• Responding to accommodations requests
• Guidance and care with infirmary care or diagnostic testing
• Reading and reviewing x-rays and EKGs
• Treatment of I/I for OUD MAT prescribing
• Coordinate care with other agencies i.e. OMH in concomitant care in facility.
• Post hospitalization treatment and follow up care.
• Monitoring hunger strikes with...
