About the Role
The Patient at Risk (PaR) Child Health team is seeking an innovative, enthusiastic and experienced nurse to join our team as a Nurse Consultant. The PaR service is a nurse‑led team within Starship Child Health, focused on the management of children at risk of deterioration throughout Starship Hospital. The PaR model seeks to proactively respond to deteriorating patients in a focused manner as well as provide a clear escalation pathway and response. The Nurse Consultant promotes, facilitates and co‑ordinates a culture of nursing excellence in the team.
