Responsibilities

  • Drive channel partner engagement and business development initiatives across the GCC market to generate NRI leads; identify, onboard, and manage premium channel partners to effectively promote Lodhas offerings in the region.
  • Build and nurture a strong investor database through loyalty programs, referrals, and channel partner networks.
  • Collaborate closely with Loyalty and Presales teams to maximize conversion and revenue opportunities.
  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns, events, and seminars for NRI clients; work with Marketing for timely and customized collaterals.
  • Represent the organization at international property exhibitions and industry events while staying updated on market trends and competition.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the team to drive performance and capability building.
