Role Description
Lead the development of new rubber and engineering plastic parts
You’ll work on product feasibility, process optimization and cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
Conduct product & process feasibility studies for new parts.
Execute trials, document results and ensure
Right First Time (RFT) .
Coordinate with customers through development to approval stages.
Improve processes to reduce lead time and enhance yield.
Prepare molds, gauges, fixtures and maintain master samples.
Prepare Costing for New Products & Tool Development
Ensure documentation compliance (APQP, PPAP, ERP entries, Control Plans).
Drive quality improvements, cost optimization, and schedule adherence.
Maintain safety and 5S standards in all NPD activities.
