Purpose of Role:
The North Asia Property Manager role has overall accountability for development, underwriting and portfolio management across the Small Commercial, Mid-Market and Major Account segments. The role is responsible for embedding best in class underwriting, sales and servicing standards regionally.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement plans and objectives to increase premium volume, meet short and long term underwriting production and profit goals.
Proactive engagement with Brokers / Partners on major accounts and to promote products and services, deal negotiations, referrals etc.
Maintain liaison with Brokers to obtain necessary underwriting information, promote satisfactory service relationships, and encourage submissions of targeted business.
Regular review of internal underwriting controls and recommend changes to internal procedures as necessary.
