Nordics & Baltics Sales Director: Growth & Strategy

CCR Commercial Refrigeration seeks an experienced Sales Director for the Nordics & Baltics to lead the regional sales organization and drive sustainable growth. The role includes shaping the sales function, expanding key customer relationships, and aligning commercial efforts with technical and factory teams.

Location is flexible within the Nordic region (preferably Oslo). Travel across Nordic and Baltic countries is expected as part of the leadership role, reporting to the Managing Director
