Nordic HR Strategy Partner for Leadership & Growth

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support Nordic senior leaders in building capable, high-performing teams. You will act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and help drive leadership development, performance management and workforce planning.

You will lead or contribute to HR projects, collaborate with the broader People team, and ensure alignment of people initiatives with business priorities. Fluency in Finnish and English is required.
