Non-Qualified, Multi Skilled Operative

£28,000 per annum (£14.35 per hour). Greater Manchester. Full‑time.

We are looking for qualified, reliable, flexible, and hardworking hand‑on Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Operatives will provide high‑quality first‑line maintenance at multiple sites throughout Greater Manchester and the North West, serving tenants with respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting up medical cabinets on a wall
• Repairing plugs in sinks
• Replacing defective door handles and door stops
• Putting up new shelves in offices or tenants’ properties
• Decorating, e.g., wall finishing and painting
• Some external work such as guttering repairs

Requirements and Expectations

• Qualified operative with hands‑on experience
• Positive attitude, reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic
• Full driving licence and a vehicle available for work purposes
