Non-Financial Risk Specialist (Vitoria-Gasteiz)

At ING we are looking for a Non‑Financial Risk Specialist to join our Non‑Financial Risk team based in Spain.

About the Role

In this role you will report to the Head of Non‑Financial Risk. ING is transforming into a digital bank and the NFR team oversees policies and best‑practice implementation, monitors adherence to risk appetite, and produces quarterly Non‑Financial Risk Dashboard reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a trusted NFR advisor toward IT and business management.
• Support, challenge and monitor NFR risk‑management processes and quality.
• Participate and challenge risk assessments on key strategic projects and programs.
• Support business and IT management on issue identification, risk rating assessment, action definition and follow‑up until issue solving.
