Job Description

This well‑established Scottish law firm is recruiting a Construction Solicitor to join its non‑contentious construction team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of projects, advising clients in sectors including renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate and residential development.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising on construction matters at all stages of projects, from procurement through to delivery
Drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments and ancillary documentation
Supporting employer, developer, contractor and consultant clients on live projects
Reviewing and negotiating collateral warranties and development documentation
Working closely with colleagues across the firm on multi‑disciplinary projects
Managing client relationships and ensuring delivery of high‑quality legal advice
