NOC Monitor / NOC Technician

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive NOC Technician to monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring uptime and performance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Minimum requirements:

• 1–3 years’ experience in NOC / IT Support
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix)
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
• Willingness to work shifts (including nights/weekends)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor networks, servers, and applications
• Respond to alerts and performance issues
• Identify outages and escalate incidents
• Maintain logs and update ticketing systems
• Perform routine system checks and diagnostics
• Generate reports on system performance
