NOC Lead - Hybrid | Day Shift

We are looking for an experienced NOC/Infrastructure Operations Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our Network Operations Center (NOC) and infrastructure team in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership, coordinating shift operations, managing high-priority incidents, and ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Provide daily supervision, guidance, and technical support to NOC and infrastructure engineers.
• Act as the primary escalation point for incidents, service interruptions, and technical issues.
• Coordinate shift coverage, daily task assignments, and workload distribution.
• Support training and mentorship of junior team members.
