NOC Engineer - (English & Spanish)- (Colombia)

Location: Remote – LATAM

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in NOC, telecom operations, managed services, or network support.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms).
• Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, SD-WAN, routing/switching, IPv4/IPv6, broadband, DIA, and managed security services.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise network services.
• Manage incidents, requests, changes, and escalations through ServiceNow.
• Support SD-WAN, Cisco Meraki, broadband, DIA, IPL, wireless, and managed security services.
