NOC Coordinator

To handle NOC (No Objection Certificate) coordination with Abu Dhabi authorities and utility providers while also preparing and modifying AutoCAD drawings to support project design approval and execution requirements.

• Prepare submit and follow up on NOC applications with relevant authorities (ADM ADDC DOT Etisalat Du TRANSCO ADSSC Civil Defense etc.).
• Liaise with consultants, contractors and government departments to secure timely approvals.
• Track and monitor the status of submissions ensuring approvals are obtained within project schedules.
• Maintain a database of submissions, approvals, drawings and correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority standards, codes and regulations.
