Job Description

Job Summary Lead and coordinate carpentry crews to complete residential and commercial construction projects on time and to specification. Oversee job planning, quality control, and safety compliance while liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Plan, schedule, and supervise daily carpentry operations and crew assignments to meet project timelines. Interpret architectural drawings and blueprints to determine materials, dimensions, and installation procedures. Estimate material quantities, prepare cost and labour estimates, and order supplies as needed. Inspect work for quality, enforce building codes and safety standards, and implement corrective actions. Train, mentor, and evaluate carpentry tradespersons and apprentices on techniques and best practices.
