Job Summary Provide attentive table service to guests in a restaurant setting. Deliver orders accurately and maintain a positive dining experience through professional service and teamwork. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Greet and seat guests, present menus, and explain daily specials or promotions as required. Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-sale or order management system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring correct presentation and temperature. Monitor customer needs throughout the meal and respond to requests or concerns professionally. Process payments, handle cash and card transactions, and reconcile receipts at shift end. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations, including setting and clearing tables and following sanitation procedures. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred.
