Job Summary Provide accurate and efficient checkout and payment processing while delivering friendly customer service. Maintain orderly checkout areas and follow store procedures to support daily operations. Number of Positions 8 Main Duties Process customer purchases using cash registers and point-of-sale systems, accepting cash, debit, credit, and other payment methods. Scan, bag and verify merchandise for accuracy and correct pricing. Balance cash drawer, perform end-of-shift reconciliation, and prepare transaction reports. Assist customers with inquiries, returns, exchanges, and basic product information in a professional manner. Adhere to store policies for refunds, loss prevention, and inventory control procedures. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restock supplies, and report damaged or missing items. Requirements Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
