Job Summary

Conduct research and analysis to inform health policy development and program planning. Provide evidence-based recommendations and support evaluation of health initiatives.

Main Duties

• Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies on health policy and program effectiveness.
• Analyze health data and research findings to identify trends, gaps, and policy implications.
• Prepare concise reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop evidence-based recommendations and contribute to the design or improvement of health programs.
• Coordinate consultations and liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community groups.
• Monitor and evaluate program performance using established indicators and propose adjustments as needed.
