Job Summary Provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care by accurately dispensing medications and supporting patient medication management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize therapy and maintain regulatory and safety standards. Number of Positions 1 Main Duties Dispense prescription medications accurately, ensuring correct labeling, packaging, and dosage instructions. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing; clarify orders with prescribers as necessary. Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use, side effects, adherence, storage, and lifestyle considerations. Monitor patient medication therapy, perform medication reviews, and recommend therapy adjustments in collaboration with prescribers.
