Job Description
Job Summary Provide administrative support to legal teams to ensure accurate, timely handling of files and client matters. Prepare and organize legal documents, manage schedules, and coordinate filings for court and regulatory processes. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and court forms according to procedural requirements. Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files, ensuring documents are correctly indexed and readily accessible. Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances and manage deadlines and calendars for legal staff. Coordinate electronic and in-person court filings, courier deliveries, and liaison with court clerks and external parties as required. Assist with legal research, assemble evidence and exhibits, and prepare trial and hearing materials.
