Job Summary

Assist the A Team Reefer Division in all aspects of placing freight orders for dry loads, dispatching carriers by providing accurate load and appointment information, entering and tracking the orders through the system, ensuring timing and accurate order delivery and settlement. This is an after hours and weekend position.

Role and Responsibilities

• Dispatch carriers during the night shift and weekends.
• Confirm all scheduled deliveries during night shift and weekends.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, shippers, consignees, and customers regarding all aspects of loads and business.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues with carriers, shippers/customers and/or receivers.
