Night-Shift Admin & Shipping Operations Specialist

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is hiring for a logistics/shipments role in Singapore. The successful candidate will receive, verify and process shipping and operational documents, review customer shipping requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The role involves generating orders and billing records in the ERP system, updating Excel records, and liaising with customers via email/phone/Teams. Night shift allowance and daylight/night rotations apply.
