Job Description
Night Manager
As Night Manager at Asda you will manage and lead the night team to keep everything running while the store stays open 24/7. You will oversee all operating activities, ensure the shop floor meets high availability and quality standards, coach colleagues, and develop the team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the night shift team, working a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7 including weekends.
- Oversee store operations at night, ensuring shop floor is landed, presentable and trading activity is executed.
- Plan and execute all trading activity on the shop floor, manage waste and returns, and limit damage through replenishment.
- Ensure promotions, foyer, and hot spots are fit for trade before handing over to the day team.
- Develop talent, listen with empathy, drive resilience, encourage ownership and passion for the business.
