Night Manager

Responsibilities: Ensuring that all subordinates perform the tasks assigned to them completely and professionally. Ensuring smooth running of the Night team, and the satisfaction of residents and visitors. Touring all areas of the condo on a regular basis and report irregularities to concerned department. Take prompt action to correct substandard performances and quality problems. Understand the resident’s needs and provide them personalized solutions. Be aware and able to enforce all fire-life-safety procedures To handle any complaints or problems promptly and to ensure that all resolved and unresolved problems are reported to AVP. Fast responding and solving any issues by smart method. Giving assistance to subordinate as and when necessary. Work closely with engineer / security staff to handle any emergency or safety concerns.
