Night Guest Experience Lead

Rak Properties PJSC at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort is seeking a guest services professional to act as the main point of contact for guests around the clock.

You will monitor all night arrivals, ensure reservations are honoured, handle VIP inspections, and complete the night audit in line with resort standards, coordinating housekeeping and ensuring the team is informed about products and services.
