What you’ll do:
- Lead, support, and motivate the Night Fill team to achieve daily targets
- Ensure shelves are well‑stocked and presented to a high standard
- Coordinate workload and delegate tasks across the team
- Work hands‑on in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 20kg)
