Night Drilling Supervisor

Our client, a leading independent oil and gas operator, is seeking a Night Drilling Supervisor for a permanent staff position. The role is based offshore UKCS and operates on a 3/3 rotational schedule. ROLE: Senior offshore wells representative, with ultimate single point accountability for delivering the safe and efficient execution of drilling, completion or workover/ abandonment programmes offshore, from mobilisation through to well handover and demobilisation. Provides strong leadership, guidance and support to all members of the offshore team (including 3rd party service suppliers) to drive excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental performance whilst fostering a performance culture based on openness, challenge, involvement and participation by all.
