SCOPE OF POSITION
To act and interact with guests and ambassadors in a way that will create a legendary experience in accordance with the Sofitel Values; Open Mindedness, Generosity, Excellence, Joie de Vivre. Under the general guidance and supervision of the Night Manager and within the established Sofitel London St James’ policies and procedures, responsible for activities such as, but not limited to, check in and check out, auditing and closing the date.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain and where possible exceed the standards indicated by Sofitel Benchmark, Forbes and LQA
- Responsible for welcoming and processing of all late arrival guests to the hotel.
- Responsible for the comfort of all our guests throughout the night and provide continuity of service for front office over a period of 24 hours.
