As the designated Level IV northeastern New York (NENY) Regional Perinatal Center (RPC), Albany Medical Center provides transport and consultation services to all birthing hospitals in a 25-county area of northeastern New York and western New England. The mission of the Perinatal Outreach Center is to work collaboratively with hospitals and community programs to advance the improvement of quality perinatal healthcare within the NENY region for patients, families and communities.
