NICU Nurse Manager / Evenings

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nursing Manager, NICU Downey, CA185-250K + Performance Bonus + Sign On Bonus & Relocation Assistance Available!

Work hours are approximately 12pm – 8:30pm.

Manages the delivery of nursing services and safe patient care within assigned department and across the continuum of care. Manages the delivery of services that add value and are integrated with nursing standards of practice, service priorities and performance/outcome measures, as well as with strategic, business and organizational goals/objectives.

There are 49 NICU beds with an average census of 30+ and approximately 141 NICU employees. This position is 1 of 3 Nurse Managers that oversee the NICU department, each works a different shift with some overlap. The Nurse Manager will also cover the Pediatric Unit and PICU as needed.
