New Vehicle Sales Executive Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd - IMFRG - Tokai

The successful candidates will be responsible to deliver sales in order to process sales of pre-owned vehicle transactions accurately and timely through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and elevate unresolved issues.
• Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
• Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in the area of accountability.
• Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
• Provide advice and support to customers and their requirements to achieve and maintain set customer service excellence standards.
