New Consultant Development Program 2026 (Medellín)

Empresa confidencial is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team for a full-time position starting in July 2026.

Associates will participate in a hands‑on, in‑person onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Decision Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Empresa confidencial. Applicants must either live in Medellín or be willing to relocate to Medellín for the first six months of the program.

After completing the onboarding, you will join case work with our consulting teams as a full‑time team member. The program is designed to focus on the similarities and differences between classwork and casework, giving you a leg up in data literacy, client interaction, and delivering quality solutions.
