- Supports the daily operations of the café by ensuring smooth service delivery, operational readiness, and excellent customer experience.
- Operationally hands-on and supports front-of-house operations , beverage preparation, and shift coordination.
- Support daily café operations t o ensure smooth service flow and operational readiness during shifts
- Operationally hands-on during service periods to support customer service, beverage preparation, cashiering, and café operations
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation standards, speed of service, and customer experience
- Support manpower coordination and outlet readiness to maintain operational efficiency and service standards during peak periods
