New Business Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities - Identify and pursue new OPL opportunities in healthcare, hospitality, industrial, mining, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and needs assessments to understand laundry volumes, workflows, and hygiene requirements.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and commercial solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements within approved parameters.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure solutions are practical and deliverable.
- Support customer onboarding and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Minimum Requirements - Grade 12 / Matric.
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
