New Accounts Representative

Job Summary
The client is seeking a New Accounts Representative who will be responsible for explaining to prospective and existing customers the various types of depository products and services that the Bank offers. The ideal candidate can retain knowledge gained, obtain necessary documents and verification prior to open accounts, order checks, assist customers in all aspects of opening, using, and closing the safe-deposit boxes.
Job Duties
+ Provide courteous and patient explanations of various types of accounts and services that the Bank providers to best accommodate customer needs.
+ Establish proper identification of the new customer. Verify if the customer is eligible to open accounts with us. Consult with supervisor for approval if further approval is needed to open or refuse to open new accounts.
