New Accounts Administrator, Temporary

We’re looking to fill an opening for a New Accounts Administrator to join our Operations team for 6 months. The role reports to the Supervisor, New Accounts and focuses on the day‑to‑day processing of new and fee‑based accounts in the IIROC dealer space.

Responsibilities

• Process new account setup in accordance with Service Level Agreements and credit union guidelines.
• Provide administrative support and coverage for fee‑based business lines, including ongoing account maintenance and monthly fee generation.
• Ensure proper protocol when processing requests, providing clear and concise notes with relevant updates from internal and external sources.
• Use all pertinent systems (Laserfiche, OSM, Dataphile) in compliance with company policy and industry regulation.
• Establish accounts correctly per NAAFs and code transactions accurately with tax reporting rules.
